1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Domak Investment Platform ("DIP", "the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Payment Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App allows users to browse and subscribe to land or property plans, make payments, view transaction history, and use other services offered by Domak Group International.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the App.
• Account Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the App. This includes, but is not limited to, violating any laws, uploading malicious content (e.g., viruses), or engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App provides users with various subscription options for purchasing land or property through daily, weekly, monthly, or outright payment plans. You are required to follow the payment terms and schedules outlined during the subscription process. For more details, please refer to our Payment Policy.

4. Wallet and Payment Processing

Users can load funds into an in-app wallet, which can be used for making payments within the App. All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider, Paystack.

You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and up to date. Domak Group International is not responsible for any failed or incorrect transactions caused by inaccurate payment details.

5. Affiliate Program

The App offers an affiliate program that allows users to earn commissions by inviting others to the platform. Your affiliate earnings will be calculated based on successful referrals, and payment will be made in accordance with our policies.

6. Reminders and Penalties

The App provides reminders for upcoming payments and includes penalties for late payments as outlined in the Payment Policy. These penalties may include forfeiture of property rights in cases of continued non-payment.

7. Content Ownership and License

All content provided on the App, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Domak Group International or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
• User Content: If you submit any content to the App (e.g., feedback, reviews), you grant Domak Group International a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such content.

8. Termination

Domak Group International reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the App or other users.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account, and any rights or licenses granted to you under these Terms will be terminated.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App and its services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

• No Warranty: Domak Group International disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domak Group International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Domak Group International, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration conducted in Abuja, Nigeria.

12. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted in the App, and we will notify users through email or in-app notifications. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
