Payment Policy
For the Domak Investment Platform (DIP)

1. Payment Methods
This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing transactions conducted through the Domak Investment Platform ("DIP", "the App"). By subscribing to property plans, using the wallet feature, or making any payment within the App, you ("the user", "the subscriber") agree to these terms.
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and other supported cards via Paystack.
- Bank Transfers: Facilitated through Paystack.
- Wallet Top-up: Users can load funds into their in-app wallet for subscription payments.
All payments are securely processed through Paystack, our third-party payment service provider. Your sensitive payment information (e.g., card details) is handled directly by Paystack; we do not store your full card details.
2. Subscription Payments
Upon subscribing to a property plan, you agree to make payments in accordance with your selected payment schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, or outright). The payment milestones and amounts will be clearly outlined during the subscription process.
3. Wallet Feature
The App offers a wallet feature allowing users to pre-load funds into their account. Wallet funds can be used to pay for subscriptions, top-ups, or other services within the App.
- Topping Up: Users can top up their wallet using the accepted payment methods. Once funds are successfully added, the balance will reflect immediately.
- Using Wallet Funds: Wallet funds can be used to cover full or partial payments for subscription milestones or other services offered within the App.
Please note that wallet balances are non-refundable except as provided under the "Refunds" section of this policy.
4. Late Payments and Penalties
Timely payment is crucial to maintaining your subscription. Failure to make payments within the designated timeframes will result in penalties as described for each plan:
- Daily Plan: Payments overdue by 3 consecutive days will incur a penalty.
- Weekly Plan: Payments overdue by 3 consecutive weeks will incur a penalty.
- Monthly Plan: Payments overdue by 3 consecutive months will incur a penalty.
If a payment is missed, the App will issue payment reminders and alerts. Continued non-payment may lead to forfeiture of the property as detailed below.
5. Forfeiture of Subscription
In cases of continuous non-payment or repeated failure to meet subscription milestones (as outlined in Section 4), the following actions will be taken:
- The user may forfeit their right to the property or land in question.
- Any payments already made up to the point of forfeiture may not be refundable.
- The company reserves the right to resell the forfeited property to other users or subscribers.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may only be issued under the following circumstances:
- Overpayment: If you accidentally overpay during a wallet top-up or subscription payment, you may request a refund of the excess amount.
- Service Issues: If the App or our services fail to deliver a promised functionality directly tied to a payment (e.g., subscription activation), users may request a refund.
- Cancellation by the Company: If we terminate your subscription for reasons not related to a breach of terms on your part, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Domak Group International and will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note that certain fees (e.g., transaction fees from Paystack) may be non-refundable.
7. Payment Security
We take the security of your payments seriously. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels. As stated, we do not store or process sensitive payment information (such as credit card numbers); this is managed securely by Paystack, our payment service provider.
If you notice any suspicious transactions or unauthorized payments in your account, please contact our support team immediately.
8. Transaction History
Users can view their full transaction history, including subscription payments, wallet top-ups, and other charges, within the App. This information is available under the "Transactions" or "Payment History" section of your account. We recommend that you regularly review your transaction history to ensure all payments and charges are accurate.
9. Payment Disputes
In the event of a dispute regarding payments, please contact our support team. We will investigate the matter and respond to your inquiry within 10 business days.
Disputes related to payment transactions handled by Paystack may require you to coordinate with Paystack’s support team as part of the resolution process. We will assist you as necessary.
10. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time to reflect changes in our payment processes, legal requirements, or business practices. Any changes will be posted in the App, and we will notify users through email or in-app notifications. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
